Refund policy

Returns and refunds on physical items

All of our fine art prints are carefully and lovingly made to order, so in general we are unable to accept returns or refunds for any reason.

However, if the print is damaged during transit, or if there are any defects, please get in contact with us, with your order number, name and an image / images as soon as possible (within 2 days of receiving) so we can investigate further and organise a replacement free of charge if needed.

Digital items

Sales on digital items such as eBooks, presets, and courses are non-refundable and final.
(This can include where multiple instances of the same digital product has been purchased).
